Regarding the brewing tips, the degree of grinding should be medium (a little thicker than granulated sugar), with a normal water temperature between 85-92°C. The coffee powder should not be too fine or too coarse; if it's too thick, the hot water will flow too quickly, making it difficult to extract the aroma of the coffee. If the coffee powder is too fine, the filter paper is easy to be blocked by the fine powder, resulting in uneven extraction or over-extraction, leading to a bitter taste. Therefore, medium ground coffee is good for hand drip coffee.
